I am back with my Summer Sizzlers
series which I have started last year.
Here is the fourth one of Great Summer Sizzlers series. Plant it and be
cool all summer along.
1. Cosmos Sulphureus
(Common Name: Orange cosmos, Yellow cosmos)
Lacy foliage and silky flowers give
an airy touch to the garden from midsummer to frost. Wonderful for cutting.
Tolerates poor soil, heat and humidity. Easy to grow. Grows best in full sun. The flowers of all Cosmos attract birds and butterflies. Proven tops for performance and adaptability.

The orange yellow cosmos is becoming
increasingly popular for its ease of growth, spectacular flowers and
attractiveness to butterflies. Orange/ Yellow cosmos has rich green feathery
foliage that is coarser than that of the common cosmos (Cosmos bipinnatus) but
is just as pretty.
